Good morning,
A super dolphin bite continues! Hopefully it will make it through the weekend. Everyone I spoke with yesterday and the day before has caught a boat load of nice dolphins. It sounds like the average fish is from 15-20 pounds with a few fat ones thrown in. The kingfishing to the South is as good as it gets and plenty of bait is moving into the area.
Inshore the snook fishing has been RAD. Yes, that’s right rad. (With your help I think we can bring this word back quickly). This blast of fresh water has got the snook on the prowl. I heard of several fish released this week in the 45-47 inch range. Jimmy Gornto caught several nice fish the other night as well as a trout over 8 pounds towards the inlet.
All said fishing has been pretty great, get out there while this nice weather lasts!
Have a great day!
