Well we made it across yesterday and caught 4 nice wahoo (all around 35#'s) and one dolphin. It was certainly not red hot fishing but we managed to scrap together a decent day. Donald weighed in a nice wahoo at the sore yesterday as well that was 53 #'s. The Vintage was sailfishing yesterday and caught about 20 dolphin and saw a couple of sails to the North, and the Twenty reported catching one out of two sails and a few dolphin to the south. It sounds like there are plenty of opportunities for good fishing and the forecast looks nice for the weekend.
The inshore fishing front seemed to be quite yesterday. We didn't here of much happening, but I would think the snook fishing at night should be really good for the remainder of the week and weekend. Look for the larger trout to start moving into pot holes and deeper water and slow your presentations.
If you can get offshore in the next few days it would be worth the trip.
Have a great day!
