The first cold front of the season is upon us and will likely shuffle the deck a bit. Hopefully some more mullet will push down and stimulate the surf fishing a bit. There have been some decent Spanish Mackerel and Jack Crevalle around. but hopefully the Snook and Tarpon get going again. The cooler temps will also likely accelerate the Pompano fishing as well. Inshore, things have been pretty solid, with better Seatrout fishing than has been around in a few years, and Redfish numbers have been up as well. Snook and baby Tarpon have been very active, mostly around the mullet schools that have been prevalent. Live mullet, soft plastics, and even topwater plugs have all been effective. Both Sebastian and Fort Pierce Inlets have had active Tarpon fishing in the evenings, along with decent Snook fishing. Offshore will likely be tough for a bit due to rougher conditions, but this will likely get the Sailfish bite going, as well as Kingfish. Good luck out there.
