Good morning everyone. It looks like we’ll have a few windy days again, then calm down for the weekend. Offshore has been good during this period of relative calm, with Dolphin being caught in 150′ of water, and Kingfish in the 80′ range. Surf fishing picked up during the calmer days, proving that some more Pompano had moved into the area, along with good numbers of Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Jack Creavalle, and even the occasional Snook. Fort Pierce Inlet has had decent Snook fishing. but very clear water has made live bait the better bet. The Fort Pierce bridges have yielded good Mangrove Snapper fishing on live bait. The Indian River Lagoon has produced some Redfish in the Round Island area. and larger Snook have given sight fishers some thrills, even though they’ve been tough as usual. Good luck out there.
