Good morning, the weather moderated yesterday and should be reasonable this week for offshore fishing excursions. Look for dolphin, kingfish, cobia, wahoo and a few sailfish scattered across a wide swath of our coastline. There has been no real concentration of any one specie over the last few days. Bottom fishing should still be productive for gag grouper as last week proved.
Inshore, snook fishing slowed overnight at the south jetty as reported by Kadri Benton. The flats were active for trout, snook, redfish and jack crevalle for anglers using live shrimp and soft plastics.
Stop by our shop and have a look at our Costa sunglass display, Ft. Pierce's biggest selection of styles.
Have a great day, Donald.
