Good morning, I hope everyone had a great weekend. The fishing reports from offshore this weekend were alright, but nothing to specific to report. We did here of some scattered dolphin and kingfish scattered between 55′ & 200′ The areas wrecks are holding some amberjacks ant the the buoys have some bait around them, mostly horn bellies.
Inshore, the fishing for trout and redfish remain strong mostly north in the lagoon. One angler reported a nice catch of trout and redfish between the two bridges in Vero Beach. I’m sure we will hear more reports as the week continues, so stay tuned.
Don’t forget the local chapter of the young guns will hold a fund raiser at Quail Creek Plantation this weekend. The public is invited to participate. Check the Quail Creeks website for more info about the event on Saturday April 30Th.
Have a great day, Donald.
