We spoke with some of the Ft. Pierce boats that ran up to fish the New Smyrna sailfish tournament. They found good fishing and fish are on their way down. Congratulations to Glen Cameron and crew for taking First with twenty fish on Sandy Smiths new boat the "Zeus".
We had the Whites Tackle Inshore Classic this weekend and found good fishing and good times in the river. The redfishing was excellent and there were good numbers of trout and snook caught as well. Here are the results,
1st place= Monty Peters, Gage Peters, and Tony Vercillo= 2600 points
2nd place= Lam Nguyen, Wesley Webb, and Mickey Gressinger= 2000 points
3rd place= Deeco Porcelli, Brendan Smith, and Jason Rutheford= 1800 points
