Good morning, typical summertime fishing persists offshore from Ft. Pierce. An occasional dolphin, some small schoolie dolphin, a wahoo if your lucky and some kingfish and bonito. You can find some summertime sailfish from 50′ to 120′ of water. These fish tend to run a little larger than the sailfish we catch in the winter.
Inshore, Snook fishing is still good in the inlet and off the south jetty. There are still some tarpon in the inlet and a long area beaches. Some bottom dwellers can be caught along the channel edges. Bait has been plentiful along the beach and water temperatures are returning to normal.
