Good morning, Yesterday brought few reports from offshore. We did hear of a typical summertime catch or two. What you can expect to find this time of year are barracuda, bonito and a few small dolphin over the reefs. Kingfish are on the reefs and along the beaches. Live bait is your best choice but fish can be caught on trolled ballyhoo and mullet.
Inshore, fish early in the morning to avoid the heat. Trout, snook and redfish along with jacks and tarpon can be found cruising the flats. Snook and tarpon can also be found in the inlet at Ft. Pierce also the inlet in Stuart and Sebastian. Fishing the bridges and channel edges can yield black margate, snapper and sand perch.
