Good morning,
Offshore fishing still continues to be excellent. There are plenty of sails to go around as well as some nice dolphin. Most people I spoke with found at least a couple dolphin in the 15-25 pound range. Wahoo fishing across the stream is heating up. One boat in the Bimini area caught over 30 wahoos on Sunday. Towards the corner the fishing should be great. This time last year it was red hot!!!! Closer to the beach the jumbo Spanish Mackerel are thick and can easily be caught on spoons, jigs, fly or live bait.
Inshore the snook fishing is still really good. Most everyone has been catching multiple slot fish at night and some nice oversized fish as well. We heard of a fish the was allegedly released at the Wall Sunday night that was 53 pounds??? Haven’t confirmed this yet. Flounder fishing has improved and a few pompano have arrived. Be ready to catch plenty of ladyfish, bluefish, and small jacks while jig fishing for pompano. Pink bucktail jigs in both 1/4 and 3/8 oz. have been working well.
Have a great day!!!
