Offshore fishing has turned on of late, with good Dolphin activity as well as Sailfish ranging from 90′ to 160′ depending on conditions, with west winds pushing them deeper. Grouper have also been active in the 80′ to 90′ range. Surf anglers are picking up more and more Snook as things warm up, and there’s still some Pompano around occasionally. The inlets have yielded good Snook catches in daylight on live bait and on jigs at night, and some Tarpon at night. Inshore, the Seatrout bite has dwindled with the heat, but Redfish are more prevalent of late, and still some big Snook around to try and fool, a tough game. Baby Tarpon numbers are also picking up inside as well. Good luck out there.
