Good Morning, Offshore over the weekend was a little slow with a few sails and dolphin mixed in 100 to 120ft to the north of the inlet . The snapper bite at night has been good with a few nice fish around in 70 to 80ft with live and cut bait. It looks like this wind will stick around for a few days hopefully it will lay down by the weekend. Inshore the snook season just opened back up the bite has been good on jigs and live bait around the bridges and in the inlet. The trout bite has been good to the south around the power plant with a few reds mixed in. The pompano bite has been good around JC park on the incoming tide. Todays weather. TODAY West winds 20 to 25 knots. Seas 6 to 9 feet with a dominant period 6 seconds. Rough on the intracoastal waters. TONIGHT Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots. Seas 6 to 8 feet with a dominant period 7 seconds. Rough on the intracoastal waters. WEDNESDAY Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to 15 knots in the afternoon. Seas 5 to 7 feet with a dominant period 7 seconds. Choppy on the intracoastal waters. WEDNESDAY NIGHT Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet. Mostly smooth on the intracoastal waters. THURSDAY Northeast winds 5 knots becoming southeast in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 feet. A light chop on the intracoastal waters. THURSDAY NIGHT South winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet. FRIDAY South winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet.
