Good Morning,
We haven’t had many reports on the offshore bite with the tough weather conditions this week. Before the front the Wahoo bite was fantastic. Cobia fishing on the Sand pile has been great too. Hopefully the weather calms down next week and we can get out there and do some more fishing.
Snook fishing has been great after the cold front, Jig fishing along at 10 cent and Roosevelt has been the spot along with the turning basin in Ft Pierce. Sheepshead fishing along the docks in the St Lucie has also been a good way to put some meat in the cooler. Live shrimp on a size 1 J-Hook and a pinch weight has been the go to rig. You’ll also catch some Snook, Croakers, Snappers and Black drum. Pompano fishing has still been fantastic along Sailfish Flats, this cooler weather should keep them chewing.
