Good Morning!! Anglers yesterday experienced an absolute beautiful February day with clear skies, flat seas, and highs in the 80's. Fishing offshore was a little slow with anglers reporting a few catch and release gag groupers, black sea bass, lane snappers, and amber jacks. Cobia has been the best bet in recent days on the wrecks and off the beach following manta rays. Inshore fishing was been decent around middle cove and little mud creek with a 30 in. 9 lb trout caught on a 14mr mirrolure in the 808 color. A few redfish and juvenile snook were caught around the docks on the west bank around walton road. Surf fishing has been superb with multiple reports of pompano being caught on clams south of the holiday inn in jensen beach. Also a safe bet to get a rod bent was casting silver spoons from the beach for bluefish. Snook south of bathtub beach were catch in the trough on yo-zuris and rapala x-raps. High tide today at Stuart inlet is a 11:46 a.m. and a low at 6:11 p.m. Seas are 2-3 with the Winds out of the West 5-10 mph and increasing thru the evening. Stop by and check out new stock of jigs and spooltec lures, as well as miomios new pink braid. Our seminar schedule is up , with our next seminar is this coming Tuesday March 3rd at 6 p.m. with Captain Mike Holiday on Pompano fishing. We have started a raffle to be drawn April 7th with multiple prizes including a half day charter with Captain Pat Price, a pair of Maui Jims, gift cards from Whites tackle, a pair of Olu Kais, and lure packs from Black Bart and Blue Water Primo.
