Good morning, offshore fishing remains a little slow. Those who ventured offshore the last couple of days found scattered sailfish, dolphin and kingfish. Bottom fishing reports have remained on the slow side as well. One bright note is that the swordfishing has been good, Pat Price from Daymaker charters reported a couple of days ago that they went 7 for 9 swordfish out of the St. Lucie inlet.
Inshore, the snook fishing has again began to pop. The south jetty at Ft. Pierce last night was good for snook on live mullet. Flounder were also caught off the south jetty. One angler told me that he has been doing good on snook on the flats with plenty of legal size fish taken on Berkley Gulp.
Have a good day, Kadri.
