Good morning, offshore has been decent lately with catches of dolphin and kingfish reported. We also have heard of a cobia from time to time and a good blue marlin bite in the northern Bahamas. The weather looks like it might cut us some slack and actually be nice coming into the weekend.
Inshore, we received reports of some very good pompano action in the surf on the north beach up to the cove in Vero Beach yesterday. Spring trout fishing has been good the last few days as expected. We also heard that the action for flounder from the south jetty has been good on live shrimp and small jigs tipped with shrimp.
Don’t forget that we have some bows on clearance sale, and a rack full of clothes at 40%-50% off.
This coming weekend the St Lucie Farm Bureau will sponsor a charity shoot at Quail Creek Plantation and the following weekend the chapter of Young Guns will also sponsor a charity shoot. Go to the quailcreekplantation.com website for details.
Have a great day, Donald.
