Good morning, offshore over the weekend yielded a few reports of dolphin in 80 ‘ and scattered sailfish in 80′-200’. There were not many boats that ventured offshore but the few that did caught some fish.
Inshore, the catwalk of the south bridge was the place to be for some good snook action. Anglers there were catching ole line sides with live baits, jigs and live shrimp. Over the last week the tarpon fishing at the mouth of the inlet at Ft. Pierce has been exceptional. Folks fishing from the south jetty last night had a field day with tarpon on jigs and plugs, just about every cast.
Have a great day, Donald.
