Good morning sports fans! Offshore water temperatures are on the rise which is good. Hopefully it means that the snappers are going to start chewing on the offshore bar. Right now there have been a few snappers caught just not in good numbers. The amberjacks are plentiful on the offshore bar however which is often and indicator that the water is cold further offshore. The best of the snapper action has been on the beach! There have been mutton and mangrove snappers caught in good numbers from north Vero south to at least Jupiter. The reefs north and south of the inlet have been pretty productive though, producing catches of snappers up to 12 pounds. Bait has been abundant at the 10A buoy. There have been sardines and threadfins. Good luck this weekend the weather looks like its going to be great!
