Good morning,
Offshore fishing was mediocre for most this weekend. There were some dolphin and kingfish caught but I didn’t hear of anything exceptional. I fished with Trey Smith on Saturday and we had a slow day with three dolphin. That seemed to be about the norm. The cobia fishing was probably the best bite with many boats seeing plenty of cobia on the beach. There is still a ton of bait on the beach and some pretty good fishing. The bottom fishing was tough as well do to heavy current!
Inshore, the snook fishing is still good. The days are getting pretty hot so the early and late bites are becoming most productive. The redfish seem to be cooperating to the North, as are the trout to the South of the bridges.
Have a great week!
