Good morning, from offshore yesterday we finally received some reports of some Dolphin catches in 650′ of water along an edge that had formed in that depth. Inshore from that edge the water remains on the cool side. One diver I spoke with yesterday told me that the reefs offshore are stacked with Snook and Red Snapper and that there are plenty of Grouper as well. As soon as the water temperature warms and we are through the closed seasons look for some exciting action on our beaches and on the reefs.
Inshore, the Snook action remains consistent at Taylor Creek plenty of catch and release action can be found there. We are getting reports of Trout catches in both directions in the lagoon and yesterday anglers caught Spanish Mackerel from the south jetty.
Have a great day and be sure to stop in and see our new line of Slayer products, Donald.
