Good morning,
Not much from offshore. I guess yesterday was the last nice day for the rest of the week. It looks pretty decent for the weekend with Saturday 1-2 and Sunday 2-3′. A few nice cobias have popped in again so hopefully a mass will come soon.
Inshore, picked back up yesterday. I took two nice folks from Miami yesterday and caught over 20 nice trout (20" average) and over 15 redfish. The jacks moved into the river in full force yesterday so thick you would have to run from them. Gulp jerk shads in saphire color worked well as did a natural and bonejack Gulp shrimp on a 1/4 oz. white Scorpion jig head. I have fished all week and still have not seen or caught one snook on the flats. Scary!!! Looks like the fishing is picking up so get ready for the weekend!
Have a great day, Don’t forget turkey season is right around the corner so come check out our archery section. We got some new blinds, decoys, and calls in.
