Good morning,
It’s starting to look a bit like winter. You should probably make plans to fish inshore the rest of the week unless you like 6-8’s. Moon Crossman fished yesterday on the Independence and caught 6 dolphin in the 8-10 pound range. They said they had a pile of critter bites (bonitas, kings, etc.) and went through 7 dozen baits.
Inshore is still great. We are reaching the transition period where the water is still warm but we are starting to see bluefish, pompano, and small jacks which reside here in the winter. The snook fishing in Sebastian Inlet is still on fire and is pretty consistent here. I have only seen a few redfish the last few trips but have had outstanding trout fishing each day.
Have a great day!
