Good Morning Fishing Fans!!!
The snook fishing is going off in the inlet. Kadri made eight casts and caught eight fish last night in the inlet. He was throwing red tail hawks on the start of the incoming tide. He told me the tarpon were thick as well. They were rolling and eating bait just outside of the snook. They were there the whole time he was getting his tackle busted by the snook.
On the offshore side the sailfish are coming. I talked to Glenn Cameron this morning, he told me his friends in Charleston, SC are getting 20 bites aday right now. Those fish should be here in another cool front or two. I’m getting very excited to start our 2009 winter season! Oh and by the way, Glenn is speaking tonight at the Ft. Pierce Sportfishing Club meet tonight on day time swordfishing. It should be very interesting for those of us that are swordfish junkies. If you need directions call me here at the shop.
Have a great day!
Geoff
