Good Morning, offshore yesterday saw a little improvement. We heard of some Cobia beginning to show themselves again. Several folks reported to us late yesterday that they caught some Cobia both near shore and a little further offshore on live bait. One customer told us of a large gathering of Manta Rays south of the St. Lucie inlet and under those rays were plenty of Cobia. He was going back out today, and hopefully those rays will move a little closer to Ft. Pierce. As I reported yesterday Kingfishing remains strong and plenty of bait can be found.
Inshore, I’m still getting reports of Snook doing back flips on the glass minnows on the beach side of the south jetty. We are still getting numerous reports of good action for Snook and Tarpon in the inlet and the lagoon in both directions from the inlet.
Have a great day, Donald.
