Good Morning,
Offshore the reports remain about the same, There are plenty of Kingfish around and there are still some Sailfish to be caught. The Kingfish are in shallow water as well as offshore on the bar. Reports of lots of bait from right on the beach to the buoys have Tarpon munching. One customer told me yesterday he hook 2 surf fishing on live bait and he said there are no shortages of anglers on the south beach. Some of those anglers are Shark fishing right at dark. On the bottom fishing scene cold water has hampered efforts of anglers to be successful.
Inshore, there is no shortage of Snook and Tarpon. The best bet for Tarpon and Snook is on the the incoming tide right at dark. Kadri Benton caught 6 Snook and 2 Tarpon last night fishing with a Yo-Zuri 3-D Minnow. Billy Crittenden reported a nice catch of Trout near Harbor Branch fishing with DOA CAL Minnows in the Rainbow Trout and Arkansas Glow Colors. Reports have also been good for Mangrove Snapper along the Inter-coastal on live shrimp
Have a great day, Donald..
