Good morning,
Well I finally have the report everyone has been waiting for (this is not an April fools joke). The Floridian worked it’s way across yesterday and found a nice temperature break about 65 miles out. They found a few small packs of birds and plenty of hungry yellowfins. They had 28 yellowfins the smallest being 40 pounds and the largest somewhere around 70 pounds. To make it even better they were done fishing by 10:00 a.m. I had a few other friends who went across yesterday but I haven’t heard back from them yet. I will keep you posted tomorrow.
Inshore, the snook fishing the last few nights (since Saturday) has been as good as it gets. Two of my buddy’s caught 40 fish in an hour and a half on Saturday night, most were over-sized. WOW! The redfishing has been kind of tough due to the wind but should start to show improvement.
Have a great day, get your tuna stuff ready it sounds pretty hot!
