I haven’t heard much from the weekend. We ran out yesterday afternoon and caught about 3 dozen baits on the beach. We then eased out to 90′ and caught a kingfish for every bait we had in less than an hour. We were free lining greenies 5′ from the boat and it was non stop until the bait was gone. I heard a few guys on the radio say they had a couple of dolphin and that was about it for yesterday. Unfortunately the wind cranked up pretty strong by the end of the day, and I don’t know of anyone who made it across. A friend of mine is running over today so we will have a report on that in the a.m.
Inshore, T.J. Keifer called me yesterday morning and said he was working on the over-sized redfish pretty good. I heard of a couple of big trout caught Saturday and some redfish North of Harbor Branch on the Indian River County line. Besides that, plenty of bluefish and ladyfish to strengthen the action.
Have a great day!
