Good morning,
I know of one boat that braved the weather yesterday. The Last Mango fished out of Ft. Pierce and had several sailfish. I think they had a triple and a double header and saw several more. Boats the day before had similar results and found multiple dolphin, the largest I heard of was 25 pounds.
Inshore, has been pretty good for those who have put there time in. There have been several nice trout caught this week, and many guys have had average fish in the 4 pound range. The snook are biting the bottom out of boats for those of you who want to do some catch and release fishing around the bridges and inlet. There have been a few decent flounder caught the last few days, but unfortunately we have not seen the numbers we did last year (yet).
It looks like we should have fishable holiday weather. I think we will be looking at 2-4’s and a few 5’s throughout the weekend. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!
