Good morning,
We are still getting pretty consistent sailfish reports for those who have been able to get out. Most of the best fishing has still been out in the 300-500′ range. There have been a few decent schools spotted in the 100′ stuff but the best concentrations have been deeper. There have been quite a few dolphin in the same area. I haven’t heard of any monsters but quite a few in the teens have been caught. Wahoo fishing across the stream is RED HOT! I think we might give it a go at the end of the week.
Inshore, the snook fishing in the inlet and around the bridges has been great. This is the time of year to catch the fat ones! Look for the larger trout to start moving towards deeper water with the cooling water. We will probably start to see less and less redfish in the next month, although pompano and flounder should take there place soon.
Have a great day!
