Good morning,
We are starting to see some nice schools of mullet pushing up the beach. Most of you know that the feast begins at this point! It is a little early to see this many mullet on the beach but hopefully it will continue throughout the fall. There have been some nice tarpon in the schools so far. There are a lot of snook in the inlet already so that action will continue to grow even better with the increase of mullet. We usually see some nice kingfish on the beach this time of year as well. I still haven’t heard any offshore reports although we should have one later today. It looks like we will continue to dry out and have some pretty decent weather for a while anyway.
Inshore fishing has been really good considering the amount of fresh water we have seen. The snook fishing has been really good. I heard of some nice redfish caught South of middle cove and some really nice schools in North Ft. Pierce into Vero.
Have a great day!
