Good morning,
The offshore bite has been a a little on the slow side the last couple of days with an occasional dolphin or sailfish in the mix. Nearshore the kingfishing has been good with live pilchards or greenies. Plenty of pilchards and greenies to be found from the Stuart inlet to Ft. Pierce inlet. The snook population is huge along the beach, through the Ft. Pierce inlet and into the lagoon, with both live bait and artificials getting plenty of action. One customer wore the snook and himself out on a fly rod ,wading on the west side south of Ft. Pierce yesterday. We have heard of a good Mangrove Snapper bite at night on the reef with live bait in 70 to 80 feet of water.
Have a great day, Donald.
