Good morning,
It looks like its going to be another beautiful day, matter of fact a beautiful week. Dale Sorensen and Beau Bryan went across Monday and had a pretty good day. They had a pile of nice dolphin, a couple smaller yellowfins, some blackfins, and groupers. Any day this week should be great to try again. The fishing out front slowed a little since this weekend, although there are still some dolphin and plenty of kingfish around.
Inshore remains about the same. There have been some nice trout caught this week. The redfish are still around but have been heavily pressured on the normal flats. It is starting to remind me of fishing in Titusville. Take your time when looking for the reds. Too much trolling motor or too fast of a drift will spook them every time. Try staking out in a spot you know they are traveling and wait them out. They are much easier to catch that way. The big snook are still on the flats as well. You can catch them early on top-water but then they get difficult to catch as well. Live bait seems to be the ticket. Pilchard or greenies in the pot holes are hard for them to turn down.
Get out while the weather is nice!
Have a nice day!
