Good morning,
Looks like a great day out there. We are still supposed to have some pretty windy weather the next few days, although the river has been beautiful. I have heard a few more vague reports of decent dolphin offshore in the 110-200' area. Other than that some guys have seen a couple of sails here and there popping into there spreads. One customer reported a 30 # wahoo on Monday as well.
Inshore, Gary Tarr has been catching nice stringers of flounder in the inlet everyday. Out going tide seems to be the best bet. I heard of a sizable school of reds in the Starvation Cove area along with some nice trout. Snook are still the hot item with a couple of 15 #ers reported on top water Sunday and Monday night. Sebille top water and suspending plugs are producing a lot of action along with Mirror Lure She Dogs.
Look for the weather to improve drastically starting tonight, because I am heading to Jacksonville for a redfish tournament.
Hope everyone has a great day and Happy Birthday to my Dad!
