Yesterday proved to be a very slow day offshore of Ft. Pierce. Two boats fished and reported dirty water out to 300′. Neither, of those boat caught a thing.
The inshore seen though is the place to go if you want to bend a rod, from sand perch and big flounders at the Ft. Pierce south bridge to redfish and slot size snook on the flats. Anglers both north and south of the inlet have been reporting large snook taking Super Spook topwaters and MirrOLure Catch 5’s. The redfish haven’t been schooled up, but this cooler weather we woke up to this morning might bring them together and push them up in the shallow water to warm up.
Good luck to all our friends that are duck hunting this weekend. Don’t forget to stop by if your in need of any 3" #4 steel shot.
