The Indian River has benefitted from the recent nicer weather. with plenty of larger Snook to throw at, as well as good numbers of Seatrout as well, including some larger ones up to 28″ caught recently. Redfish numbers have also been better of late. There has been some algae in the water, dirtying up some areas, but you can find plenty of cleaner water. Surf anglers have had good Pompano fishing on sand fleas, and Bluefish have been prevalent, including some up to 15 lbs. Offshore anglers have been catching good numbers of Sailfish, particularly around Stuart. Fish have ranged from 180′ to 120′ of water. Sebastian Inlet has had plenty of Bluefish, and decent numbers of Snook have been taken at night on jigs there and Fort Pierce Inlet. Good luck out there.
