It looks like we are in for a bit of cooler weather, and hopefully that will clear up some of the water. The beaches have remained fairly quiet with the dirtier water, but there have been some Jack Crevalle, Bluefish, and others caught, mostly on spoons. Hopefully the cooler weather moves some Pompano into the area. Inshore, Seatrout continue to be the best bet, with decent catches coming off the spoil islands and around docks, with live shrimp and soft plastics both producing. Fort Pierce Inlet has been slow due to dirty water, and Snook season close at midnight tonight. Offshore has been rough due to a groundswell, hopefully subsiding Friday.
