We’ve finally gotten some nice, calm conditions, and things are starting to clean up a bit. There’s been good action on the beach north of Sebastian Inlet, with Jack Crevalle, Ladyfish, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, and a few Snook to keep anglers happy. Spoons and soft plastics have been effective. Other areas of the surf have been a bit hit or miss, find the bait, find the fish. Fort Pierce Inlet has been really good for Tarpon in the evenings, along with Redfish, and some Snook, all on jigs. Offshore has been fairly slow, the water is still a bit dirty. There have been some scattered Sailfish and Dolphin in the 120′ range. Inshore, Seatrout continue to shine, with good catches in the Round Island and Wabasso areas, mostly on soft plastics and shrimp. Snook numbers are also still good around docks and shorelines. Good luck out there.
