Good morning everyone. Offshore fishing has been pretty close to non existent due to the rough weather, and surf fishing has suffered the same fate. The good news is that the conditions look to improve by the weekend, and fishing before that weather was on the rise. There also has been a good deal of mullet showing up in the surf during this rough patch. Inshore, there is still quite a bit of bait around, mullet and Pilchards, and Snook and Seatrout have been taking advantage of that, and Redfish numbers have been improving as well. Water conditions are slowly clearing up, making sight fishing possible in some areas when there is sun. Soft plastics have been quite effective, as has live bait. Higher water has made some shorelines tough to fish, but docks have still been good bets. The Stuart area has had very good Snook and Tarpon fishing around the bridges. and the bridges in Fort Pierce have also had good Snook fishing. Tarpon have been quite active in the inlet and at the turning basin as well. Good luck out there.
