Good morning everyone. Surf fishing has been very good the last several days, with Snook, Tarpon, Spanish Mackerel, Ladyfish, and Jack Crevalle roaming the beaches up and down the Treasure Coast chasing glass minnows and occasionally mullet. Hogy Paddle Tails in the 5.5″ and 6.5″ versions have been the most effective lures, though spoons have also produced. The Indian River is still pretty dirty overall, but some Redfish and Snook are still being caught, as well as baby Tarpon in the early AM. The inlets are still producing Snook in the evenings, but season is still closed. Offshore has been quiet, with the occasional Kingfish, and some Mangrove Snapper for the bottom fisherman. Good luck out there.
