With the recent warm weather fishing in the IRL has continued to be good, with numbers and size available for those targeting Snook, with live Pilchards doing most of the business on the larger fish. Redfish are also around in good numbers, taking soft plastics as usual, as well as bait. Seatrout numbers are still pretty good, but the warmer weather will start to make it more important to fish early and late to avoid the heat. Offshore has been pretty bumpy, but the die hards that have braved it have reported scattered Dolphin around the 200′ mark. Snook fishing in Ft. Pierce Inlet has been hit or miss of late, with most of the fish falling for live bait. With some calmer weather coming on the weekend, things should pick up. Good luck out there, and stay safe.
