Good Morning, Offshore with this wind and weather there has been not much to report. Inshore the trout bite has been good to the north around round island to Vero Shores soft baits have produced the best. The snook bite has been good in the inlet and around the bridges at night with both live bait and jigs! The weather looks a little nasty this weekend but should hopefully get better the first part of the week. Synopsis: A tropical disturbance over the central and southern Bahamas will interact with the axis of the high pressure ridge over the Deep South through the upcoming weekend. This will generate a fresh to strong east-northeast breeze across the local Atlantic today with hazardous boating conditions areawide. The disturbance has the potential to strengthen into a Tropical Storm as it approaches the Florida Peninsula.
Mariners should continue to check the latest marine forecast as well as the latest updates on Potential Tropical Cyclone 9 from the National Hurricane Center.
