Good Morning,

The Sailfish bite has started to pick up this week, The “Intents” caught 11 Sails yesterday fishing the Stuart Light Tackle Sailfish Tournament. There have been plenty of gaffer Mahi out there from 130ft – 250ft. There have still been a pile of Redfish in ft. Pierce through Vero. The Seatrout fishing on the flats in Ft. Pierce has been great as well. The Pompano fishing is great right now, from the beach or the bridges you’re bound to catch a few. Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel have been on the beach thick and you will also find them in the river. With this cold front the Snook and Tarpon fishing at Sebastian Inlet has been fantastic with Flairhawks. This is the last week of Snook Season so get in your final slot fish before its too late, Tight Lines!

Weather:

High pressure across the southeast U.S. will maintain a light to gentle east-northeast breeze across the waters today. A strong low pressure system will move across the Gulf Coast and north Florida this weekend with winds and seas building ahead of it. The low will drag a strong cold front across central Florida by Sunday night, and likely will be preceded by numerous fast moving showers and possibly strong to severe storms. Winds and seas will increase behind the cold front Sunday night with poor to hazardous boating conditions persisting through early next week.
