Good morning,
There has been a few Mahi caught around 250ft out of the Ft. Pierce Inlet with a few sails and Blackfins mixed in. There have been a few Kingfish caught at the Loran tower. The bottom fishing has still been great in 60-100ft for Mutton snapper. Live bait will work the best but Dead Threadfins or Sardines will work too. The Fishing out of Stuart has been slow with the algae bloom. The Inshore fishing has been good from the power plant up to South bridge. Redfish and Trout have been the target species in that area. Live Shrimp or Pilchards will work the best but you can also get them on an Electric Chicken DOA cal tail With a 1/8oz jig head. The Snook have been on the beach you just have to find the clean water, you can also catch some flounder mixed in with the snook. Small white lures or flies or white with a green back are still the best colors too fish on the beach.
