OFFSHORE FISHING
yesterday there were reports of a decent tilefish bite off the power plant. dolphin bite has been good in 100-150ft with scattered sail mixed slow trolling live bait. on the reef the has been a few kings and cobia around. whooho fishing has been realy good for the guys doing the high speed trolling on the other side
INSHORE FISHING
snook,redfish and trout have been going off on swim baits and topwater poppers at first light on the flats in both stuart and fort pierce there has even been a few bonefish in the mix jigs with pro cure or tipped with shrimp are working good seawall fishing live bait has been really good for both bigger snook and jacks. night time dock light fishing has been really good for both snook and sea trout on fly small baitfish will get you the bite. pompano fishing is just now getting going on both the beach and on the flats
BEACH FISHING
lady fish and blue fish in the bait school with the few mixed in snook and tarpon guys fishing spoons and swim baits are doing good for the fly fishing guys your gummy minnows in blues and greens have been working good smaller 2-4' baitfish flies and clouser minnow in green are a must have in your box
FRESHWATER
Lake Okeechobee frog fishing at firsh light has been really good. when the sun gets up going to white spinner baits with gold blads has been working. flipping jigs in the thick grass or bumming 8' black or purpple DOA worms on the bottom will get you the fish after the sun is up
Lake Ida bass fishing is doing good peacock bass and clown knife fish bite has been good on both live bait and rat-l-traps on the south end of the lake
