Good Morning,Offshore the last few days the dolphin bite was good to the north of Ft Pierce in like 200ft with a few wahoo mixed in around first light.The bottom fishing has been great for both grouper and snapper from 60ft on out to the deep wrecks and the mangrove bite has been great at night to,Kingfish have been in 60 to 80ft on the reef with a few cobia mixed in free swimming.Inshore the snook fishing has been good around the bridges and the inlet remember it is not snook season so catch and release till Sept. 1st.The reds have been a round to the north from Harbor Branch to Vero soft baits and live shrimp have produced well.Todays weather and tide info-
Synopsis: A WEAK LOW LEVEL TROUGH EAST OF THE WATERS WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY INTO THE WEEKEND WHILE WEAKENING. A LIGHT TO GENTLE ONSHORE BREEZE WILL RESULT IN GOOD BOATING CONDITIONS. HOWEVER…A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR OFFSHORE MOVING STORMS EXISTS LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND AGAIN SATURDAY. A MORE SOUTHERLY BREEZE EARLY NEXT WEEK WILL INCREASE MOISTURE AND THE CHANCE FOR AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS.
