Good Morning!!! Bottom fishing has been great with plenty of mangos and mutton snapper being caught on both live and cut sardines. Use 40lb fluorocarbon 6/0 circle hooks and enough weight to hold the both for these fish. Bait has been thick on the bull shark barge and off the house of refuge, use number 8 sabikis as the bait has been big. Anglers have experienced a decent sailfish bite off the loran tower while flying kites. Tarpon have been running down the beach following the bait, and the first signs of the glass minnow run has begun. Cast artificials imitating those baits or flies like the gummy minnows or polar minnows to target these fish. Inshore the snook bite has been decent with fish being caught around the inlet, hole in the wall, and 10 cent bridge. We should have some decent weather this week , which will allow anglers to cross the stream in search of yellowfin tuna. Till next time good luck and tight lines!!! JW
