Good Morning!!! Fishing offshore was great yesterday with great numbers of sailfish being caught! Multiple boats reported double digit numbers in 125-145 ft of water just south of St. Lucie inlet. Dolphin in the 20 plus pound range were found in the clean water that has push in from last weeks front. Lots of Kingfish were caught as well in the 15-30 lb range near the loran tower ledge. The bottom fishing has been stellar with plenty of catch and release grouper and red snapper being caught on live pinfish, also banded rudderfish and amberjack have been plentiful. Inshore fishing has picked up a little as fishing has been slow the past week. Snook have been caught by the Benihana bridge on live pilchards, trout have been caught up by Walton road. Tarpon up in south fork were caught this morning by Mark Nichols on DOA shrimp. Join us tonight at 6 pm in our fort pierce store with Captains Mark Nichols and Ed Zyak for an Inshore seminar. Till next time good luck and tight lines!!! JW
