Good Morning!!! Tomorrow might be your only opportunity to get offshore. The wind will be relentless thru Sunday, with gusts up to 30 mph. This however should help turn the sailfish bite on, which was slower than normal this week. Wahoo south of St. Lucie inlet were thick thru yesterday, with amber jacks on the deep reefs. Inshore will be your best bet this weekend if you want to put a bend in the rod. Fish the west bank of the Indian river up near the power lines for flounder and redfish using 1/4 oz chartreuse jigs with DOA cals in the rainbow trout and fiji chicken colors. A customer caught an 8 lb flounder Wednesday bounces that jig around a dock just south of the power lines. Trout have still been prevalent up near middle cove. And first light jigs have been the ticket around Jensen beach causeway on the incoming tides!!! Till next time good luck and tight lines!!! JW
