Good Morning!!! Those of you that were able to sneak out in the small window before seas kicked up yesterday enjoined a great wahoo bite, with fish up to 52 lbs caught just east of st. lucie inlet. The sailfish bite was slow, but should pick up with this front rolling thru tonight. Amberjack on vertical jigs were prevalent on the wrecks and reefs. Snook fishing around the bridges on the incoming tide throwing bucktails has been good and should continue thru the week and could be your best bet with all the wind. Use first light of red tail hawks in the 2 oz weight with 40-60 lb leader, cast up current and work them slow off the bottom. Trout fishing has continued to be red hot with some gaters being caught up toward the power plant, live shrimp or doa airheads, cals, or shrimp in the rootbeer and holo patterns will work for these fish. Great seminar last night and thank you again Capt. Marvin Steiding for all the wahoo tips!!! Till next time good luck and tight lines!!! JW
