Weather should be turning for the better this weekend, hopefully it will allow everyone to enjoy their weekend fishing! Cobia are still being caught near shore and over the wrecks, as well as some snapper and groupers but the bite is much slower than typical. Some Dolphin, Sailfish and Blackfin Tunas have been being caught offshore as well, seems those that are really putting in their time and covering ground looking for debris have been making out well. The Blackfin Tuna are being caught around the hill again this time of year, come check out and try a Red Eye Trolling lures small squid daisy chain with their small tuna stick as a trailer they come in their own bag and prerigged in 4 different colors and it seems to be a very productive lure far back in the spread for them as well as the Dolphin in the mix as well. Inshore fishing has been consistant, good catches of Snook are being reported at the spillways and the inlet. Trout have still been being caught north in the river by the power plant and the spoil islands on DOA Airheads and Soft plastics during the afternoons and Live Shrimp or Top waters early on. Good Luck -Sean
